The DIBF Central Board wishes to welcome Yaacov Keren of Israel who takes the vacant Treasurer seat on Central Board up to the next DIBF Congress planned 2007 in connection with World Championships in Guangzhou, China.
Yaacov Keren is one of highly respected with brains for basketball business. He has spend many years with Israel deaf basketball and coordinating several championships. Yaacov is skilled and experienced Treasurer for some respective deaf organisations. Israel Deaf Sports Federation has officially supported his position and DIBF Central Board have come to the conclusion to offer Yaacov to take a Treasurer seat left by Rick Balk of USA who has resigned due to health reason.
