According to Article 29 of the DIBF General Statutes, the DIBF Basketball Arbitral Tribunal (BAT) is being established as an independent body to resolve disputes in deaf basketball. The BAT will provide a fair, impartial, and efficient system for addressing conflicts between players, coaches, referees, clubs, and member federations.

The Basketball Arbitral Tribunal is currently under development and will be presented for approval at the next DIBF Congress. Final details, including its legal jurisdiction, will be confirmed and communicated to all members once officially established.
