GREECE – Congratulations to our DIBF Referee Antonios Koutsoumaris who was honored during the annual celebration of Thessaloniki Basketball Refereeing Association on 3 January 2018 for his earned referee services at the 2017 Summer Deaflympics Basketball in Samsun, Turkey.
Antonios, from Thessaloniki, Greece, since 2007 DIBF Referee and his twice nominated Deaflympics times as referee, led sovereign and smooth many matches in preliminary and final rounds in the Deaflympics, as well the women bronze medal game.
