The Executive Assistant supports daily administrative tasks and coordination, while the Media Director oversees public relations and media strategy. The Media Designer handles visual content creation and branding. Information Technology provides technical support across all digital platforms, and the Webmaster manages website maintenance and updates. The Archive & Statistics team is responsible for organizing historical records and maintaining accurate game data.

General Directions to the Administration
The Administration is responsible for carrying out its assigned tasks under the guidance of the Secretary General. All proposed decisions and actions must be submitted to the Secretariat for review and formal approval before implementation. This process ensures consistency, accountability, and alignment with DIBF's overall governance and objectives.
