DIBF MEMBER APPLICATION
Rights of DIBF Membership

Members of the Deaf International Basketball Federation (DIBF) are entitled to the following rights:

Representation and Voting: Delegates have voting rights at the DIBF World Congress and the DIBF Zones Congress, including the right to take seats on the Central Board and Zone Boards.

Access to Information: Members, through their registered DIBF email address, have full access to official communications and information, including notices from the DIBF Central Board, Technical Directors, publications, and all other relevant updates.

Participation in Competitions: Members are fully eligible to participate in all deaf international basketball games, competitions, and tournaments (for both national teams and clubs) sanctioned by DIBF.

Participation in Development Programs: Members have full eligibility to take part in development clinics, seminars, referees’ clinics, and other educational or professional activities organized by DIBF.

Equal Treatment: All members have equal rights and opportunities within DIBF, without any form of discrimination.

Support and Collaboration: Members are entitled to receive guidance, assistance, and opportunities for collaboration from DIBF in promoting and developing deaf basketball within their countries and regions.
