The recent DIBF Women’s Seminar was highly engaging and sparked meaningful discussions on how identity, belonging, and our roles influence mental health and our shared humanity. Our guest speaker, Katrin Neudolt, Chair of the ICSD Athlete Commission, delivered valuable insights along with practical tools and strategies to help manage these aspects in our daily lives. A key takeaway was the reminder that this is not a one-time process—it is an ongoing journey.

Participants explored how our thoughts, emotions, and reactions are shaped by our backgrounds, upbringing, and the influence of societal standards and norms. These reflections reinforced the idea that personal growth is closely connected to understanding who we are and how we continue to evolve over time.

The seminar also encouraged participants to reflect on how they can lead by example, both personally and professionally as they continue to grow.

We were especially pleased to welcome participants from across the globe—including Europe, Asia, Africa, and North America—highlighting the truly international spirit of the event.
