The Deaf International Basketball Federation (DIBF) proudly hosted its World Referee Clinic from April 7–12, 2026, featuring both 3x3 and 5x5 basketball programs. The clinics brought together referees from around the world for an intensive and rewarding development experience. The 3x3 clinic included eight referees and was led by Glenn Tuitt , a FIBA 3x3 Instructor. Participants received specialized training focused on the unique pace, positioning, and rules of the 3x3 game.
