Position Announcement: DIBF Deputy Secretary General

Position Announcement: DIBF Deputy Secretary General Term: July 2026 – June 2027

The Deaf International Basketball Federation (DIBF) is seeking applications for the voluntary position of DIBF Deputy Secretary General for the term of July 2026 through June 2027.

The Deputy Secretary General will work closely with the DIBF Secretary General and assist in the overall operations of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Taking notes and preparing meeting minutes during meetings

• Assisting with preparations for the DIBF World Congress Meeting

• Preparing invoices and receipts for National Deaf Sports Federations and Deaf Basketball Organizations

• Supporting administrative and organizational tasks

• Performing various duties assigned by the DIBF Secretary General
  

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Good administrative and computer skills

• Ability to work collaboratively and responsibly

• Experience with sports organizations or deaf sports is preferred
